Decision & Notification to Authors
Step 1 – Go to the authors menu in the 13th ECNDT website (www.ecndt2023.org) and click on “Abstract Submission”
Step 2 – Create an account on the online system
If you have already logged-in to the platform, use the same username and password given to submit your abstract. If you have forgotten or do not know your username and password put your email address into the “Forgot your Password?” box and click SEND EMAIL. If the email does not arrive check your junk / clutter / spam folders.
Please note our system only holds ONE email address so if you have more than one email address try each of them in the box.
If you do not yet have a username and password, you can create a new account in the Online Submission page.
Step 3 – Upload your abstract and its associated information
Upload your abstract following the submission guidelines.
Corresponding authors must be the presenting author
Step 4 – Review & Submit
Before submitting make sure to review all submitted information including authors and affiliations.
Step 5 – Evaluation period
Your abstract submission will now go through the reviewing process and you will be advised of the outcome in due course. If your abstract is accepted, you will be asked to submit a Paper.
Acceptance/rejection letter(s) will be sent by email with the decision regarding your submission from 1 December 2022.
Step 6 – Decision & Notification to Authors:
There are two possible outcomes:
- Accepted – no further changes required. A final acceptance letter will be sent to you by email by 1 December 2022.
- Rejected – A final rejection letter will be sent to you by email by 1 December 2022. The reviewers’ feedback will assist you in understanding why your submission was rejected.
